What's To Eat?

Madison School District is now using myLunchMoney.com , a new service for parents who prefer to prepay for their child's school breakfast and lunches using a credit or debit card. 

Also, families can apply anytime during the year for financial assistance with school meals through the National School Lunch Program.  Applications are available at school offices, cafeterias and the district office.

For details on Free and Reduced Meals, please see this letter (English/Spanish).  For applications, please print and fill out (English/Spanish) and submit to the district office in one of three ways:

• In person or via mail: 5601 N. 16th Street, Phoenix, AZ, 85016
• Via fax: (602) 664-7999
