2021-2022 Check-In Days
Welcome Madison Families! Please complete the steps below to "Check-In" your child for the 2021-2022 school year. This process is only for families who have a continuing Madison student, those approved through Open Enrollment and new Madison in-district families. If you have not been offered a seat via Open Enrollment or have not enrolled your in-district student, please complete those steps first.
Check-In Days will be ONLINE July 27-29. You will complete your child's "Check-In" online on the day listed below:
- July 27- New Students to Madison, Kindergarten, and 5th Grade Check-In
- July 28-29- Returning Student Check-In
Step 1: Please complete the E-Registration Form
Our highest priority is the safety of our students. Each parent is expected to complete the E-Registration Form online so that we have the MOST recent contact information for your family for communication purposes. Click here for instructions on how to complete the E-Registration Form.
Step 2: School Activity Fee
There is a Governing Board approved School Activity Fee of $50 per student, for extracurricular activities such as field trips, assemblies, and author visits. The Athletic Fee is $100 per student per sport. Student clubs may also require a fee. This payment can be made through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Once your payment has been made, please submit a copy of your receipt to the school office to be recorded for your student. Payments of these fees may also be made at the school’s front office. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s school.
