Madison School District is excited to host a blood drive this October in partnership with Vitalant!
When: Friday, October 3, 2025 from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Madison School District Office (5601 N. 16th St. Phoenix, AZ 85016) in the Vitalant Bus
This blood drive is open to the community. Your blood donation can help save lives! Donate in October to help
patients in need and you’ll be automatically entered for a chance to win a $10,000 gift card.*
