Valleywise Health is partnering with Madison Elementary School District to offer free flu shots to individuals 5 years of age and older on Saturday, October 24 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  This event is open to the public. Participants do not have to be a Madison employee or attend a Madison school to receive a free flu shot.  An insurance card is not required to recieve a free flu shot.
