    Fees for programs operated through our Community Education department (Preschool, Summer Kindergarten Readiness, fee-based full-day kindergarten, MAC Before & After School, and School Break Camps) are managed through the online Parent Portal.     School Breakfast & Lunch Accounts

    Madison utilizes Titan for families to prepay for their student’s cafeteria meals and to submit applications for financial assistance for school meals. 

    Families can add their students in the Titan portal here.

    School Activity Fee, Athletic Fee, Student Club Fee

    There is a Governing Board approved School Activity Fee of $50 per student, for extracurricular activities such as field trips, assemblies, and author visits. The Athletic Fee is $100 per student per sport. Student clubs may also require a fee. Click here to make a payment online. Once your payment has been made, please submit a copy of your receipt to the school office to be recorded for your student. Payments of these fees may also be made at the school’s front office.
