State Assessment Parent Portal Access Guide

The Arizona’s Academic Standards Assessment (AASA) Parent Portal allows families to securely access and view the Confidential Student Score Report for their students online. After creating a user account,  families will enter the student’s information to retrieve the Confidential Student Score Report from spring 2022.

Follow these steps to access your student’s information:

1. Go to the AASA Parent Portal at https://az-results.pearsonaccessnext.com/login and create a  user account by clicking on the Sign-Up link under the green Login button.

2. The portal will ask for your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Password. Once the  information has been entered, click on Create Account. The portal will send an activation email to the email address you provided. Look for this email and click on the activation link to finish creating your account.

3. Once your account has been created, go back to AASA Parent Portal and login. You will be  taken to the My Students’ Test Results page. On the left-hand side of this page, you will see the search box Find Test Results. Enter your student’s First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and  Claim Code (see above). Click on Find Results. Please note your student’s information will need  to match his or her AASA testing registration information. Contact your student’s school if the  entered information results in errors.

4. The portal will retrieve your student’s Confidential Student Score Report (Individual Student  Report) from the AASA Spring 2022. On the right-hand side of the page, the English Language  Arts (ELA) and Mathematics results will be displayed for students in grades 3 through 8. The link  Download the Individual Student Report will allow you to open or download a PDF copy of your  student’s Confidential Student Score Report (the link will be the full grade and content area-specific report that has all of your student’s results).

Note: The “My Students’ Test Results” screen is being provided as a sample only.

The student’s test results information may vary slightly.

Families are recommended to review resources to help interpret your student’s AASA Confidential  Student Score Report available on the AASA Parent Portal at:

https://az-results.pearsonaccessnext.com/login. The Spring 2022 AASA Family Report Guide will help you understand what is shown on each page of the AASA Confidential Student Score Report.
