Community Education
Fees for programs operated through our Community Education department (Preschool, Summer Kindergarten Readiness, fee-based full-day kindergarten, MAC Before & After School, and School Break Camps) are managed through the online Parent Portal. School Breakfast & Lunch Accounts
Madison utilizes LINQ Connect for families to prepay for their student’s cafeteria meals and to submit applications for financial assistance for school meals.

School Activity Fee, Athletic Fee, Student Club Fee
There is a Governing Board approved School Activity Fee of $50 per student, for extracurricular activities such as field trips, assemblies, and author visits. The Athletic Fee is $100 per student per sport. Student clubs may also require a fee.
If you have a PowerSchool Parent account for your student, fees can be paid by logging into your account. If you do not have a PowerSchool account and would like to pay a fee for a student, please visit our online payment portal.
Once your payment has been made, please submit a copy of your receipt to the school office to be recorded for your student. Payments of these fees may also be made at the school’s front office. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s school.
