Dancing Sun Yoga helps students improve their focus, concentration, and stress management while having fun and increasing their physical fitness. With the recent increase in childhood anxiety and stress, research is showing that combining a consistent yoga practice with mindfulness and breathing techniques can increase the overall wellness of our students. The seasoned twirlers go on to amaze audiences with fire baton performances at high school games and events.
