Offers of Employment

Offers of employment are not finalized until the selected candidate is contacted by the Madison School District Human Resources department and the hiring is approved by the Madison School District Governing Board. Salary decisions and discussions are handled by the Human Resources department. Offers of employment are contingent upon a clear background check, fingerprint clearance and checked references with previous employers/supervisors.
