STEAM: Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math

Through the STEAM program, students gain experiences in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics above and beyond what they gain in the regular classroom.

Hands-on activities are structured cooperatively to build up the innovating skills to keep children engaged. Professionals and engineers come from the community regularly to visit and help teach skills such as how to build wind-turbines. Other activities range from making catapults to learning how to code.
