As the District prepares for the second quarter, families will need to decide if their student(s) will attend school in-person or learn online through the end of the second quarter (December 17, 2021).
The deadline to enroll in the K-1-2 remote learning option, MVA (grades 3-8), or switch back to in-person learning is Friday, September 17 at 11:59 p.m.
Students will be able to transition back to in-person learning or to online learning on a quarterly basis.
If your child attends in-person or online and will continue with their current learning option, you do not need to fill out the following form.
This form is only for families wanting to change their current learning option (in-person or online).
To access the Q2 Online Learning Form, please log into your child’s PowerSchool account.
From there, you will be able to make your selection (e.g., online to in-person, in-person to online).
Currently Enrolled Students
Click on “Families” from the top ribbon and select “PowerSchool”:
Once logged in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal, click on Forms from the left-hand menu.
On the Forms page, click on Q2: Student Transfer Request.
Next, complete the form and click Submit when complete. You will receive a confirmation that the form has been submitted.
